Jim Corwin, RPT | Registered Physical Therapist
Jim Corwin, owner of University Rehabilitation, is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology. He received his degree in physical therapy from Simmons College, Boston Massachusetts, an affiliate of Harvard University. He has over 40 years of experience in the field of physical therapy specializing in manual therapy and vestibular rehab for balance and dizziness disorders. He has also received a certification in neurodevelopmental treatment.

Hendrika Reintjes, PT Director
Hendrika Reintjes PT graduated from Hogeschool Nijmegen in the Netherlands. She is highly specialized in the treatment of patients with neurological disorders including stroke, brain injury and MS. She was the first Physical Therapist certified in LSVT BIG treatment for Parkinson's disease in our region.. As a Neuro-IFRAH instructor, she provided continuing education seminars for therapists from Florida and throughout the United States. Additionally, she was the manager and clinical coordinator of Peninsula Rehabilitation Florida Hospital in Ormond Beach where she developed successful programs to ensure the highest quality of care. Now as the director of University Rehabilitation, she is determined to provide the highest quality service in the region.


Lindsey Viorde, DPT | Doctor of Physical Therapy
Lindsey Viorde PT,DPT a graduated from the University of St. Augustine with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy has a strong orthopedic and manual therapy background. She is LSVT certified for the treatment of patients with Parkinson disease and is trained in vestibular Rehabilitation.
Lindsey successfully runs our Orange City location.

Stephanie Carroll, DPT | Doctor of Physical Therapy
Stephanie received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Nazareth College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has a variety of experience in outpatient therapy and inpatient rehabilitation. Additionally, she is certified in LSVT BIG treatment for Parkinson's Disease. She has experience working with
individuals with a variety of orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological
conditions.

Marijke Vandegoor, PT | Physical Therapist
Marijke graduated from the Catholic University of Leuven in Leuven, Belgium with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. She received her Certification in Complex Decongestive Therapy (Vodder Technique) from the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Marijke also specializes in women's health rehabilitation and has received further education for myofascial release and pelvic problems. She is the only Men's Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Specialist in the area.

Amanda Harper, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant
Amanda Harper is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated with honors from Daytona State College in 2013. Her experience includes orthopedic, sports medicine, and geriatrics. She is LSVT certified for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. In addition to her work at University, she also works at various rehab centers in the Volusia County area.

Maureen Rothrock, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant
Maureen Rothrock is a LPTA with 18 years experience working with orthopedic injuries. She is a graduate of Daytona State College, and has been with University Rehab for 12 years. Maureen is highly skilled in the orthopedic acute and sub-acute settings. She is a certified strength specialist, and has extensive experience in McConnell taping and kinesio taping, and utilizes hands on manual therapy to relieve pain and improve function. Maureen is one of University Rehabilitation orthopedic treatment specialists. Maureen is a loving wife and mother and has a heart to heal. She looks forward to helping you get you back on your path to enjoying life.

Bryan Raymond, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant
Bryan Raymond, a graduate of Stetson University and Daytona State College, began working at University Rehabilitation in 2015. A PTA, Bryan is now specialized in Vestibular Rehabilitation, treating vertigo and balance deficits, and is as well skilled in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.

Marlenne Aguilar, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant
Marlenne Graduated from UCF with a bachelors degree in pre-med with a minor in Physics. Obtained Physical therapy assistant degree from Herzing university in 2017. Specializing in Orthopedics and Neurological rehabilitation. New to the team, in training for Vestibular Rehabilitation.

Monika Dufek, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant
Monika graduated with High Honors from Daytona State College in May 2016 as a Physical Therapist Assistant, stared working with University Rehab in January 2016, PRN, specialize in orthopedic and pediatric.
James Cerbone, PTA | Physical Therapy Assistant
James graduated at Daytona State College 2011, top of his class. He started working at University rehab in 2011. He specializes in vestibular therapy and was trained directly by Jim Corwin.
